    Generosity of Graftongate Utilises Local Phone Box

    Colin is a Director of Graftongate and is pictured here with an HAJMT AED and Elaine Field, Chair of the Parish Council in Henley in Arden. Colin, along with Phil Silk and Henry Angell-James were co-founders of Graftongate, which is a commercial real-estate investor and developer, specialising in industrial and logistics developments. Graftongate has recently donated one of our AEDs to the local community to ensure that everyone in Henley in Arden has access to an AED. What better place than inside a phone box on the high street?

    Graftongate is also committed to ensuring that our AEDs are included in all of it’s buildings. For each AED installed, Graftongate makes a donation to the HAJMT charity that in turn helps to buy more AEDs for those communities in need. A truly fabulous legacy for Henry.

    Sally and Maisie, the dog, standing next to the recently installed HAJMT AED in Uppington Village, Shropshire. The residents of the village were successful in their application, a rural, farming community between Shrewsbury and Telford.  The AED has been placed in the centre of the village easily accessible.

    This is the first AED in the West Midlands that the Trust has donated and we are very excited about installing one in the town centre.

    Excellence in the community award – March 28th 2019

    On Thursday March 28th, Sally attended the Excellence in the Community Awards, on behalf of the Henry Angell-James Memorial Trust, hosted by the High Sheriff of Shropshire.

    The HAJMT was presented with an award

    to reflect the outstanding commitment and enthusiasm shown to the task of installing as many AEDs in local communities throughout Shropshire and the West Midlands.

    Sally was thrilled to receive the award on behalf of the Charity
